📅 Pole 1: Intensive

Join us for four 90-minute sessions!

We'll focus on conditioning, combining poses, and preparing for choreography as in a 60-minute class. You'll refine climbs, learn inverts from the floor or a jasmine, and build confidence.

What to bring: Knee pads for choreography. Heels are optional but recommended for the final two weeks. Prerequisite: Intro to Pole Class or Series.

Moves Covered (9 Total): Jasmine & variations, Genie & variations, Wrist Seat, Violator, Figurehead, Apprentice, Invert, Climb, and Superman.

📅 Invert 102 Series

Duration: 6 weeks of focused, introductory pole moves.

Goal: Are you comfortable with being upside down and ready to spice it up?

Instruction: In this series, you’ll advance your inverting skills. You’ll learn the moves Chopper, Aerial Inverts, Allegra, extended butterfly, dutches, and combo moves, butterfly to flatline Scorpio and inverted pike to Superman.
